Natalia Singer joined Venture in February 2020 as an Associate focusing on landlord and tenant representation, and land acquisitions. With her intimate knowledge of Denton and Collin counties, she has successfully pre-leased numerous ground-up developments and assisted her clients in land acquisitions for future retail and office developments. She has guided her landlords through all the phases of retail development from working extensively with City officials, civil engineers, and construction teams. Natalia is determined to maximize the value of her client’s real estate projects through her expertise and tireless work ethic.

Prior to joining Venture, Natalia was Vice President of Leasing at Henry S. Miller. She also worked for Victory Real Estate Group, focusing on pre-leasing new development projects.
