Joseph Nuchereno is Vice President at Venture Commercial Real Estate and a key member of the firm’s Investment Sales Team, where he specializes in advising investors of single-tenant net-leased retail assets. Since joining Venture in 2022, Joseph has successfully facilitated transactions across the country, working with a diverse clientele that includes high-net-worth individuals, family offices, developers, operators, and REITs.

Before joining Venture, Joseph began his real estate career at Marcus & Millichap, where he contributed as an analyst. In this role, he underwrote hundreds of properties and contributed to market research and operational strategies before transitioning to an advisory position. His strong analytical foundation paved the way for his transition to an advisory role, where he provided tailored investment guidance to clients.

Joseph’s introduction to commercial real estate began with an internship at Berkadia in Dallas, Texas. He further honed his expertise at Saint Louis University’s Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business, where he contributed in the university’s first appearance at the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation’s Real Estate Challenge and was honored with the SIOR Midwest Commercial Real Estate Award.

Joseph is an active member of the State Fair of Texas Chairman's Task Force and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
