In 2014, Amanda Throckmorton Welles began her commercial real estate career at Venture, focusing on landlord representation in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Amanda grew up in the real estate industry, working for her father’s commercial real estate company in Albuquerque, New Mexico. While there, she learned both the brokerage side of the business and property management.

Currently working in partnership with landlords on projects throughout DFW, Amanda uses her bachelor’s degree in Markets and Cultures from Southern Methodist University to better understand the economic and cultural complexities that affect today’s real estate market.

Amanda is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and The Real Estate Council’s Young Guns. She is also a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
