As Vice President of Acquisitions & Dispositions for Venture Investment Partners, Josh participates in all aspects of targeting and underwriting new acquisitions, the structuring, and placement of debt and equity. Josh performs ongoing asset management duties, including leasing strategy, debt and equity reporting, disposition analysis, and execution.

Josh’s focus on the Investment Sales team is the underwriting and valuation of current income-producing properties. Josh provides potential buyers and sellers with forecasts for their property and future returns. He also assists in providing capital markets guidance as it relates to debt and equity. Also, he conducts market research and prepares the financial aspects of the team’s offering memorandums.

Josh began a structured finance career for Exeter Finance Corp. His main focus was the structuring and executing asset-backed securitizations and funding of the business’s operations through a conduit credit facility. Later, Josh moved to Goldman Sachs with a similar focus in the residential mortgage sector of structured finance and portfolio management.
